During this workshop we will focus on the sourdough process from beginning to end - mixing, turning, shaping, baking. Plus, quality checking of course! You will leave with the basic hands on knowledge to bake your own sourdough breads at home. As well as a piece of our 6 year old sourdough culture, a fresh loaf, a dough to bake at home and a step by step booklet.

During this workshop we will focus on the preparation of a flaky pie crust & it's many uses! From galette to quiche to hand pies, you will have a variety of options to choose from to make your own pastries from scratch to take home with you.
*Please note that products made each class will vary with produce seasonality and availablility. We will focus on producing two types of pastry with a variety to eat and for you to take home with you.*
